Mr. Anurag Patankar (Workshop on Communication and presentation skill, team building, goal setting & , interview technique) :-
A seminar was conducted on "Innovative Ideas" by Mr. Mohan (Retd. GM from WCL), he was first to invent running 2 wheelers through LPG in 1988, he has done many innovations with small materials. He asked students to be innovative, curious and try to find solutions for every problem they see.
Importance of IT Project & Filed Project Done by RCC Students:-

For every Competitive exam or entrance exam, even for Job selection process Aptitude development (maths and reasoning) plays an important role, we train our students of #BBA and #BCA right from first year. 5 days full time workshop was conducted by Mr. Ashustosh Tiwari trainer from VIKALP Education Nagpur for 1st year students.
Induction program for BBA and BCA was conducted in the presence of Mr. Vijay Kusumbe (Regional Head NIIT FOUNDATION ) and Mr. Rahul Rai (center head NIIT Foundation) They motivated and guided students on Career goals and Positive attitude. It was learning session for students.
Seminar was organised on "Need of Internship as a student and opportunities available for it at Teztecch Nagpur" specially for #BBA #BCA speaker was Mr. Rahul Dhangar (HR manager) of Teztecch.
Seminar on "Career with Tally" was organised in Revnath Choure College, Dr Vishal Lichade and Ms Joseph from Tally academy Nagpur were guest speakers. Students of Ram Ganesh Gadkari College too attended the seminar.
Financial knowledge about Savings and Investments is today's necessity, in this regard workshop was organised for #BCA #BBA students at our college in collaboration with SEBI and NSE, resource person was Dr. Kanchan Naidu Associate Professor at Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management Nagpur.
Since last 5 years more the 50 students of our college has been placed in TCS, Today we got an opportunity to have with us for seminar on Job opportunities and Skills required for employability by TCS, Mr. Sachin Saxena (Senior Manager) and Ms. Geshu Thawait (HR Manager) Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) Mihan Nagpur came to Revnath Choure College for Guest session and discussed with students about employment opportunities and process of recruitment in TCS (Tata Consultancy Services Ltd
Grooming and soft skills are essential part of today's Corporate world. We at Revnath Choure College focus this part from 1st year itself. Grooming and soft skill 3 days session was organised for #BBA #BCA students of RCC by trainer Dr Anita Rao mam.
Readiness for job program of #Infosys was conducted by trainer Ms Sucheta Banerjee of #NIIT FOUNDATION for our #BCA final year students. Topic covered were soft skills required for job aspirants. This program is of 50 hours on hybrid mode in combination of online and offline sessions.

Our #BCA students prepared software projects on various languages and showed their coding learning’s to our chief guest Mr. Anand Aknurwar TCS Nagpur.
Projects in Computer applications or Science is not the part of University syllabus but still our #BCA students of Revnath Choure College with guidance of their faculties make project every year. This year our Chief guest for Project showing during Annual function was Mr. Devesh Thakur who himself had started a Software company and currently heading in HR role at Lighthouse Info Systems Pvt Ltd. He appreciated the efforts taken by students in making software projects.
