The Placement Cell plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for Under Graduates passing out from the college by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments. We operates round the year to facilitate contacts between companies and graduates. The number of students placed through the campus interviews is continuously rising. On invitation, many reputed industries visit the institute to conduct interviews. Our own alumni returns as a recruiters which is a proud moment for any college.

We have been successful in reaching high placement statistics over the years. Coming from rural areas our students very confidently accept the challenges of the interview. We organise career guidance programmes for all the students starting from first year. The cell arranges training programmes like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshop etc. It also invites HR Managers from different industries to conduct training programmes for final year students. ​

1) April 19: "Today Campus Placement interview for BBA final year students of our college was organized for Central Motors Nagpur Pvt Ltd. Thanks to Mr. Paras Parekh sir to conduct an Interview session for Central Motors. A total of 13 candidates appeared for the interview. "

2) August 18: "It's a proud moment for any college when their students achieve something big, and that something big is as big as getting sponsored training from TCS (TATA Consultancy Services) and successful career at TCS after completion of training. Our 7 students of BCA final year got selected for TCS. Thanks to Mr. Vijay Kusumbe of the NIIT foundation for his support and guidance. Congratulations to selected students Amol Bhute, Tejaswini Gondule, Jagruti Sonawne, Bhavna Choudhary, Kajal Dhote, Shubhangi Wanjari".

3) January 18: "Rural shores Pvt ltd conducted campus placement drive today at RCC for BBA/BCA students. A total of 12 students got selected. Thank you to our alumni Mr. Praveen Lavhale HR Congratulations to all the students"

4) August 17: "FINO payment bank conducted open campus placement drive at RCC on 29/08/2017.Thanks to our alumni Mr. Ratnesh Gupta (Branch Manager)".

5) June 17: "Our BBA final year student Ms. Vaidehi Bobade from small village Kelwad got selected in campus placement for JDS Group of Industries. Her performance: BBA 1st year- 64.85%, Internship at Raymond Ltd BBA 2nd year- 70.14%; Internship at JDS group and Dainik bhaskar BBA final year- 68.14%, Internship at P manifold for Global Nagpur Summit. She is the only student who did 4 internships in 3 years. Highest by any student in #Nagpur University".

6) January 17: "Dream come true. Our students got selected in the campus placement of the JDS Group of Industries. Students selected are Vaibhavi Jachak of Saoner, Sachin Nikhade of Sausar, Vaidehi Bobde of Kelwad, and Monica Khapre of Saoner. We are thankful to the JDS group of Industries their MD Mr. Sahaj Patel sir. Also present in picture Krunal Khobragade our alumni pursuing MBA also got selected at D- Mart at a package of 3.25lac." ​
