She has 17 years of experience in teaching. After completing the MBA she was selected in ICICI bank but did not join it as she decided to work for the betterment of the economically backward people from the rural areas. This is then she decided to join RCC as Founder Director. She presented two international papers. She is also the recipient of the Women Achievers Award 2017, for her rigorous contribution to the education sector. She is a subject expert in Environmental management, Business Communication and Marketing.
