RCC was established in 2009 by parent body Swargiya Revnath Choure memorial trust Nagpur in the memory of eminent social worker late Shri Revnath Choure who was a minister in Govt of MP, he worked for the upliftment of poor and downtrodden society. he was President award winner and titled as "Krishi Pandit" by President of India.Keeping his philosophy of work RCC was established in Saoner (Borujwada) small town of Nagpur district of Maharashtra with a vision to provide quality and affordable education to rural youth to make them employable and responsible citizen in 2009 RCC started with a senior college recognized by department of higher education Govt. of Maharashtra and Affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) Nagpur, with undergraduate programs.
To be Vibrant and Innovative Center for Education, Research, Executive Training and Consultancy in Management, Information Technology and Paramedical Sciences, to develop a cadre of socially responsive managers, technocrats, entrepreneurs and professionals thereby fulfilling the needs of the industry, business, government, voluntary service organizations and the community at large, both nationally and internationally.
