He was President award winner and titled as "Krishi Pandit" by President of India. Keeping his philosophy of work RCC was established in Saoner (Borujwada) small town of Nagpur district of Maharashtra with a vision to provide quality and affordable education to rural youth to make them employable and responsible citizen ​ In 2009 RCC started with a senior college recognized by department of higher education Govt. of Maharashtra and Affiliated to Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU) Nagpur, with undergraduate programs.
